Senior Executive Engagement Lead services critical to the delivery of the Bluegum Health Transformation. Contracted Services include assisting with the engagement of health executives in Tasmania; facilitating efforts to identify and engage with critical stakeholders across service delivery organisations in Tasmania; leading, managing and empowering the Engagement and Communications staff members and building team capability; and leading the development of key messages at senior levels, using different communication channels to build relationships, shape opinion, or manage crises.
