The Tasmanian Government has committed to convert the government vehicle fleet to 100 per cent electric vehicles (EVs) by 2030. The Department of Treasury and Finance (Treasury) is responsible for coordinating the electrical infrastructure in order to prepare Treasury owned sites for EV chargers to be installed. This RFQ is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced electrical contractor for the electrical works required to prepare the site for the installation of EV chargers at 21 Kirksway Place, Battery Point. It is important to note that the works contemplated in this RFQ do not include the supply and instillation of individual chargers.
