TIO Stadium grandstand seating requires a staged replacement with suitable seating commencing from the northern end. Seating will also need to be manufactured from a UV stabilised plastic that stops/reduces deterioration from extreme climatic conditions. It's suggested the seating should be replaced through a staged approach working in with the stadiums event calendar. AFLNT are to provide concept for varying the seating colours and design, comparable to the recently completed Territory netball stadium. The works must not reduce the current number of seating units. The new plastics must be compatible with the current seating frames which are (Sebel) and are to fit the existing brackets.
