Royal Darwin and Palmerston regional hospital repairs and maintenance of general hydraulic equipment and infrastructure for a period of 36 months.The works to be executed under this contract includes but is not limited to, the inspection, servicing, maintenance, repair and installation on an as and when basis of all plumbing installations, piping and accessories and equipment as well as the scheduled programmed cyclical inspection and maintenance of plumbing and hydraulic equipment at the Royal Darwin and Palmerston Regional Hospital.The works to be undertaken include, but may not be limited to, repairs and maintenance to:- Directional control valves (DCV)- Hot water supply systems- Reduced pressure zone devices (RPZ)- Roofing plumbing- Sanitary drainage- Sanitary plumbing- Soft water systems, - Solar hot water systems - Stormwater drainage, - Tanks and associated fittings - Thermostatic mixing valves- Water supplies
