Tennant Creek Region - Imangara and Wutungurra (Epenarra) - Security Upgrades and Refurbishment Works to Existing Government Employee Housing (GEH) Homes

To procure a local building contractor to undertake refurbishment works and security upgrades to two existing GEH homes in Imangara and four existing GEH homes in Wutunugurra (Epenarra).The works required may include but not limited to;PaintingReplace existing floor from vinyl to tilesBathroom upgradesToilet upgradesFencing upgradesCaged carparkingSensor lightsGEH Security upgrades and refurbishment works will be delivered under the Northern Territory Remote Aboriginal Investment Strategy (NTRAI) Children and Schooling Implementation Plan. This program aims to improve security and safety of existing GEH home in remote communities. Works are expected to be completed within six weeks upon award of contract.
