Gove District Hospital - Provision of Plumbing Maintenance Services for a Period of 36 Months

The successful contractor will be required to provide repairs and maintenance of general hydraulic equipment and infrastructure. Works include, but are not limited to;the inspection, servicing, maintenance, repair and installation on an as and when basis of all plumbing installations, piping and accessories and equipment,scheduled programmed cyclical inspection and maintenance of plumbing and hydraulic equipment.Equipment and plumbing installations include;hot water systems (solar & electric)pressure zone devicesroofing plumbingsanitary drainagestormwater drainagetanks and associated fittingsthermostatic mixing valespotable waterThe Contractor shall supply all labour, material, temporary signs, lighting and barriers, equipment and plant necessary to successfully complete the contract.All works shall be in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and manufacturer’s instructions for installation and maintenance.
