# 🎨 Indigenous Visual Arts Industry Support (IVAIS) Program 2025-26
The Indigenous Visual Arts Industry Support (IVAIS) program, administered by the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts, offers funding to eligible organizations supporting the Australian Indigenous visual arts sector.

To be considered for an IVAIS grant, organizations must possess an Australian Business Number (ABN) and be registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) if required by the Australian Taxation Office. Furthermore, applicants must have no overdue acquittals or serious breaches related to Australian Government funding. Eligible entity types include:
* Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Corporations (registered under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006)
* Entities established through specific Commonwealth, State, or Territory legislation
* Companies incorporated in Australia
* Companies limited by guarantee
* Incorporated associations
* Publicly funded research organizations
* State, Territory, or local government bodies
