## 👥 Eligibility and Selection

* **Stream A**: Open only to existing **medical schools** operated by a **Table A higher education provider** (as defined by the Higher Education Support Act 2003) with current **Australian Medical Council (AMC) accreditation**.
* **Stream B**: Open to organisations operated by a **Table A higher education provider**. Successful new medical schools under Stream B must achieve AMC accreditation before students commence in 2028, with early consultation with **AMC** encouraged.
