### ✅ Eligibility Criteria
This is an **invitation-only, closed non-competitive** grant. To be eligible, organizations must:
* Be **invited directly by the Department of Health and Aged Care**. An automated GrantConnect notification is NOT an invitation.
* Be **currently funded under the IAHP**.
* Be experiencing an urgent, unforeseen, or emergency circumstance beyond their existing funding capacity.
* Have identified a significant service delivery risk requiring urgent mitigation.
* Possess the capability, existing infrastructure, administration, and relationships to deliver the project activities and meet grant objectives.

Invited applicants must submit the completed application form and all necessary attachments via the GrantConnect "Submit Application" button by the closing date. File names should not exceed 100 characters, avoid special characters, and not include macros or passwords. A maximum of five separate files can be submitted at one time.
