# 🎭 International Cultural Diplomacy Arts Fund (ICDAF) The International Cultural Diplomacy Arts Fund (ICDAF) is a government grant program managed by the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts. Its primary purpose is to support arts and cultural activities, both within Australia and globally, that align with the Australian Government's international arts engagement and cultural diplomacy priorities. The fund contributes to shaping and supporting Australia's cultural landscape, enhancing its international reputation, and promoting access to Australian arts and culture. ## 🎯 Objectives & Scope ICDAF supports the development, production, presentation, exhibition, and performance of arts and cultural activities across all art forms and cultural expressions, including music, literature, theatre, dance, design, visual arts, cross-media, film, and screen-based arts. This also includes industry-wide initiatives and research within the arts sector. ## 🤝 Eligibility & Application Process This is a **closed non-competitive** program. Eligibility is primarily by invitation or through a targeted approach. The Department may require an Expression of Interest (EOI) or identify activities that align with ICDAF objectives. **Who can apply?** * Organisations and individuals. * Grants are ordinarily provided through an Australian incorporated organisation or entity with an active Australian Business Number (ABN). * In some circumstances, grants may be provided through other agencies or government departments. * Generally, grants will not fund components of activities already receiving support from other Australian, State, or Local Government entities. **Application Instructions:** Interested parties can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the 'Submit Application' button. This EOI is not a grant application. Only identified activities that align with ICDAF objectives will be invited to submit a full proposal when funds are available. EOIs are accepted year-round, with no set timeframe for response. **Contact:** culturaldiplomacy@arts.gov.au **Keywords:** Cultural Diplomacy, Arts Funding, Australian Arts, International Engagement, Cultural Initiatives, Humanities Grant, Arts Development, Cultural Exchange, Government Grant Australia, Arts Sector Support, Creative Industries, Performance, Exhibition, Research, Australia
