* **Category 1 (Emergency - one-off funding):** Existing CHSP providers with a Whole of Government grant agreement expiring June 30, 2025, or June 30, 2027.
* **Category 2 (Critical Need – Provider Viability - recurrent funding):** Existing CHSP providers with a Whole of Government grant agreement expiring June 30, 2025, or June 30, 2027.
* **Category 3 (Service Shortages – Provider Relinquishments - recurrent funding):** Non-CHSP providers invited by the department who are existing Commonwealth-funded providers (e.g., Approved Residential Aged Care and/or Home Care Packages providers, DVA providers, NDIS providers, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations). Unsolicited applications will not be considered.
