The Department’s primary objectives are: delivery of the Works and the Contractor’s Activities to meet the Statement of Requirement, plans and drawings; achievement of all timeframes, particularly the completion of the ground floor reception and front of house meeting spaces, ground floor Barton wing office space and Level 1 works included in Stage 1 of the Project; and control of costs to ensure value for money is maximized.
