### 🚄 Project Overview The High Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the development of the Australian High Speed Rail (HSR) network. This once-in-a-generation infrastructure project aims to connect Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne, fostering national connectivity and strategic regional growth. ### 🏗️ Scope of Work This tender covers two critical segments of the network: * **Area Package 1 (AP1):** Design and construction of the Ourimbah to Berowra section, including tunnelling, track infrastructure, tunnel fit-out, and the Central Coast Station precinct. * **Area Package 3 (AP3):** Design and construction of the Berowra to Sydney Central section, including tunnelling, track infrastructure, and tunnel fit-out. ### 📋 Requirements & Qualifications The Authority is looking for a consortium approach that blends Australian expertise in major infrastructure delivery with international experience in operating high-speed rail systems.
