### 🏗️ Tender Overview
V/Line is seeking to establish a **Construction Services Panel** to support its regional public transport and rail network operations across Victoria. This tender invites qualified suppliers to provide multi-disciplinary construction and engineering services.
### 📋 Scope of Work
The successful panel members will be expected to provide services including, but not limited to:
* **Engineering:** Multi-disciplinary, including Signalling, Telecoms, and Radio Engineering.
* **Design & Planning:** Architecture, Building Services, and Landscape Architecture.
* **Advisory:** Environmental, Compliance (BCA, DDA, DSAPT), and Heritage/Cultural advisory.
* **Technical Services:** Geotechnical Investigation and Quantity Surveying.
* **Project Management:** Delivery support for projects across Melbourne metro and regional Victorian areas.
### 🛠️ Procurement Requirements
* **Platform:** All tender documentation and submissions must be managed via the **Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN)** portal.
* **Registration:** Prospective vendors must register on the ZSN portal to access tender documents and submit responses.
* **Briefing:** An optional online industry briefing is scheduled for **April 8, 2026**. Registration is required to receive the Microsoft Teams link.
