Summary and scope
Tenders are invited for the audio visual (AV) services for Library+ Caloundra. The former Caloundra administration building is being transformed into a state-of-the-art new district library and community space. Developed over three levels, it will include a contemporary district library, a customer service centre and community spaces. Library+ Caloundra is scheduled to open its doors to the community and staff in 2025, weather and site conditions permitting. The services required for this tender include: • Supply and installation of all required equipment. • Onsite resource for maintenance and support. • 12 months’ Defects Liability Period (maintenance and support). • All support and equipment provided as AV as a Service. The main construction phase of the project is currently underway. It is anticipated that contractor access to the site will be available in April 2025. Completion of all contractor works is required by 30 June 2025, including delivery, installation, configuration, integration, vendor testing, UAT and calibration.
