Westernport Water is planning to release an Request for Tender (RFT) for the Newhaven Office Alterations early 2025. This will be an open, competitive public tender. The RFT will include, but is not limited to, the following scope of works: Phase 1: Construction of one new office Phase 2: Construction of two new soundproof rooms Phase 3: Men's toilet upgrade The alterations will be to existing spaces, not extensions are required.
