🏢 Tender Overview: Facilities Maintenance for Triple Zero Victoria Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) is inviting tenders for the provision of comprehensive facilities maintenance services across its critical infrastructure sites. TZV is responsible for the state's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch operations, which are managed from three State Emergency Communications Centres (SECCs) in Ballarat, Burwood East, and Williams Landing. 🛠 Scope of Work The successful provider will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance activities, including: Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Scheduling, minor works, and ad-hoc repairs. Operational Support: Incident response, alarm monitoring, and remote access management. Governance & Management: Asset management, subcontractor coordination, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance. Reporting: Regular meetings and site critical document governance. 📋 Mandatory Requirements Prospective bidders must note that attendance at a site visit and briefing session is a mandatory pre-requisite for bid consideration.
