Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing services (PYMHWS) was established in July 2025, as Victoria’s first dedicated youth public mental health service. PYMHWS operates the Parkville Youth Prevention and Recovery Centre (YPARC) located at 35 Poplar Rd Parkville Victoria, it is a voluntary, subacute, community bed based mental health and wellbeing service for young people aged 16–25.
