The Territory is seeking a Principal Consultant to deliver a staged wet area investigation and remediation plan with detailed design and necessary investigative works, stakeholder engagement, staging and construction methodology and compliance with all relevant standards under a Construction Related Consultancy Agreement.The Principal Documents are confidential and will be released to Tenderers only upon execution and return to TendersACT ([email protected]) of the Deed of Confidentiality. Location: Building 11, room location to be confirmed 48hrs prior, Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia, 2601. Date/Time: 10 October 2025 11:00 am. Notes: The industry briefing will provide an overview of the project objectives, scope of services, and key procurement requirements. It would include attending several potential wet areas, including but not limited to the following: Ward 2C – General Medical Ward Staff Toilet Blocks – Level 2, Block D Public Toilets Adjacent to the Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) Paediatric Surgical Ward (Ward 1D) / Day Stay Unit Adolescent Ward It will outline the anticipated project stages, critical timelines, and any site-specific considerations relevant to the tender.
