Mid-Term Review of Pacific Humanitarian Warehousing Program

### 🌏 Tender Overview The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking an independent Evaluation Team to conduct a **Mid-Term Review (MTR)** of the **Pacific Humanitarian Warehousing Program (PHWP)**.
