🏗️ Project Overview Transport for NSW is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide Transaction Management Services for the Windsor Road Upgrade at Rouse Hill project. This critical infrastructure initiative involves the delivery of the Commercial Road section as early works (Stage 1A) and requires expert management of procurement and contract documentation. 📋 Scope of Services The successful contractor will be responsible for: Documentation & Coordination: Managing the full procurement lifecycle, including Registration of Interest (ROI), Expression of Interest (EOI), and Request for Tender (RFT) processes. Contract Management: Overseeing tender evaluation, contract negotiations, conformance, and debrief activities. Interface Management: Ensuring consistent definition of scope boundaries and design responsibilities between Stage 1A works and the balance of the project. Compliance: Adhering to Transport for NSW standards, the NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct, and Industrial Relations Guidelines. 🔑 Key Requirements Confidentiality: Interested parties must complete and return a Confidentiality Deed Poll (CDP) to access the full RFT documentation. Briefing: A non-mandatory online pre-tender briefing is scheduled for June 1, 2026.
