Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified organisations for the **design and construction of the Princes Highway Upgrade** between Jervis Bay Road (Falls Creek) and Hawken Road (Tomerong). This major infrastructure project aims to improve safety and efficiency for local traffic, freight, and tourists along a 6.5-kilometre stretch of the highway.
### ๐ Scope of Work
The project involves upgrading the existing road to a four-lane divided highway with median barriers. Key deliverables include:
* **Infrastructure:** A new grade-separated intersection at Hawken Road with an underpass and bridge.
* **Access & Safety:** Realignment of local road access, new truck parking areas, bus stops, and emergency U-turn facilities.
* **Environmental & Utility:** Fauna connectivity measures, drainage infrastructure, utility relocation, and contaminated material encapsulation.
* **Community:** Shared pathways for pedestrians and cyclists, and landscaping.
