Bulloo Shire Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor for the Construction of Speedy/ Stafford Street Stormwater Upgrade. This Technical Specification details the requirements for supply of proprietary materials (as relevant), site management, setout of works, trench excavation, installation, quality control and final acceptance for all stormwater drainage works including associated items such as pits, Kerbs entry units, stormwater pipe, and other stormwater structures that form part of the works under the Contract. The works are located within the Southwest Queensland township of Thargomindah, Queensland. The work site is defined as within the existing gazette road reserves of Speedy Street, Stafford Street and Eccles Street
