Sutton Road Bridge and Culvert Upgrade – Construction Services

Summary and scope

The procurement covers the delivery of construction works to upgrade one bridge and five culverts on the ACT section of Sutton Road to achieve SM1600–HML (68 tonnes) capacity compliance. The contractor will be responsible for all site establishment, traffic management, demolition of deficient elements, strengthening and reconstruction of the bridge and culverts, relocation or protection of impacted utilities, drainage and erosion control works, earthworks, pavement reconstruction, road surfacing, guardrails, and reinstatement of approaches. Landscaping, rehabilitation of disturbed areas, and provision of as-built documentation, maintenance manuals, and defect rectifications during the Defects Liability Period are also included.
