Summary and scope
MidCoast Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers to provide a Managed Print Services (MPS) solution and undertake a complete refresh of Council's printer fleet. The contract includes the supply, installation, configuration and ongoing support of approximately 70 multifunction devices across multiple Council locations, supporting an annual print volume of approximately 1.08 million impressions (706,653 colour and 378,094 black and white based on 2025/2026 usage). Services include fleet management, preventative maintenance, consumables management, secure print management, on-prem/hybrid/cloud print management, monitoring and reporting, transition from the existing fleet, and ongoing account management. The initial contract term is five (5) years with two (2) optional one-year extensions.
