Summary and scope
Banana Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for appointment as a pre-qualified supplier of Civil Construction works for roads and drainage throughout the Shire as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope and Technical Specifications. Successful tenderers will be awarded pre-qualified supplier status for an initial term ending 30 June 2028, with Council reserving the option to extend the arrangement for a further twelve (12) months at its discretion. The panel will be used to engage suppliers for the delivery of maintenance, repair, and related trade services across Council facilities and infrastructure within the Banana Shire local government area.
