Summary and scope
The Mapoon Aboriginal Shire Council (MASC) (the Principal) has executed a Funding Agreement with the Department of Sport, Racing and Olympic and Paralympic Games (DSROPG) to deliver upgrades to the Mapoon Football Field (the Project). The current football field is a barren site with minimal infrastructure in place. The MASC wish to upgrade the existing football field at Mapoon conform with NRL Standards.
