EDWARDS PTY LTD Location: NSW Australia Work package status: Closed Scope: Full Scope Work package description: This trade package covers the complete Design & Construct (D&C) supply, installation, certification, and testing of all internal plasterboard partition walls, ceilings, and internal glazing for the project. The subcontractor is responsible for all engineering, design development, shop/BIM/as-built drawings, documentation, quality control, and compliance with Australian Standards, BCA/NCC, Green Star, NABERS, Section J, and the Principals Project Requirements. The scope includes construction of fire- and non-fire-rated wall and ceiling systems, support framing, insulation to meet acoustic and energy requirements, and all associated sundries such as trims, beads, mouldings, and fixings. Key responsibilities also include coordination with building services for penetrations and integration, provision of expansion and movement joints, installation of access panels, and detailed construction of nib walls, returns, bulkheads, pelmets, recesses, and structural supports. The subcontractor must deliver all required trade cleaning, progressive and final clean, protection of completed works, and full O&M/warranty documentation, while ensuring compliance with site safety, logistics, and environmental protocols. For internal glazing, the package covers complete design, supply, installation, and certification of all internal glazed partitions in accordance with project drawings and specifications. This includes all aluminium framing, vision strips, door/window hardware, compliant water-testing, and integration with partition systems. All works must meet the projects acoustic, thermal, and energy performance criteria, with full allowance for on-site measurement and protection of installed systems. Project overview: Goodman is constructing an 80MW data centre at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, within the Willoughby local government area.
