Summary and scope
Requirement for the replacement of Pendants and AV equipment in Theatres as well as ongoing service and maintenance. This is a joint project between Honeywell (the facility management company) and Peter Mac. Honeywell are responsible for the replacement and maintenance of the Pendants whereas Peter Mac are responsible for the replacement and the maintenance of the AV equipment. Given the 2 modalities need to integrate seamlessly and proved a unified solution, it was determined a singular Expression of Interest would be run, to encompass all requirements. Honeywell will have an active role in the selection of the preferred tenderer.
