Influenza Vaccination Corporate Voucher Program

Summary and scope

Providing influenza vaccinations in the workplace is an efficient intervention to reducing the burden of disease and absenteeism among employees. The Victorian Department of Health encourages all workplaces to offer free workplace vaccinations. This tender is for the provision of influenza vaccinations as part of a corporate voucher program. Victoria Police is seeking to engage a panel of pharmacy chains and/or health providers to provide vouchers to employees to obtain an influenza vaccination at any of their pharmacies/sites across the state. The current contract for the Influenza Vaccination Program expires 31 March 2026. In order to establish a new contract for the Influenza Vaccination Program beyond March 2026, a Tender process will be undertaken.
