Summary and scope
Central Highlands Regional Council (council) is seeking offers by public tender to regularly attend to the garden and lawn maintenance of various Council owned properties across the region. This includes several properties across each community, including community housing and vacant land for a period of 3 years / 36 months. Generally, whilst each tenant is responsible for the care and maintenance of the garden areas within their tenancy area, Council may require attention to certain areas from time to time. The Property Services Team will provide regular communication with the successful tenderer in this regard. The contract may be awarded to multiple contractors across the region.
