Summary and scope
Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified people to manage Home Hill Swimming Pool and Caravan Park from 1 July 2024 until 30 April 2027. There are 2 x 12 month optional extensions on the term of the contract. The successful Supplier will be required to: a) have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact professionally and maintain good relations with various guests and visitors to the Facilities; b) have the ability to undertake maintenance of grounds, pool water and minor maintenance of equipment an buildings across the Facilities. t In relation to the Pool: c) obtain and maintain First Aid certificate, CPR award and Pool Lifeguard award; d) have or obtain Certificate IV in Swimming Pool and Spa Service; In relation to the Park: e) use the Newbook booking system to manage residents and tourists at the Park; f) promote the Facilities and the Burdekin.
