This project involves the procurement, integration, and long-term maintenance of secure UHF radio infrastructure across multiple Australian locations. 📋 Scope of Work & Requirements Equipment Supply: Provision of up to 1,600 UHF encrypted radios (handheld and fixed units), with a minimum anticipated requirement of 1,458 units. System Integration: Configuration of new equipment with existing communications infrastructure to ensure high availability and base-wide coverage. Maintenance & Sustainment: Ongoing technical inspections of repeaters, consoles, and infrastructure, including firmware updates and fault rectification. Strategic Planning: Development of a five-year phased implementation plan focusing on minimum viable capability and cost-effectiveness.
