Summary and scope
Lansdowne Reservoir is a cylindrical steel reservoir owned and operated by MidCoast Council.Reservoir Location:- Macquarie St Lansdowne N.S.WThe project scope includes both design and construction elements including:- Removal of existing roof structure- Construction and installation of replacement roof - Restoration of internal surface of reservoir and surface supporting replacement roof- Replacing access staircase hand railings (Design and Construction) - Restoration of existing external staircase and top platform surfaces - Replacement of the internal ladder (Design and Construction) - Installation of inlet directional nozzle Construction is planned for 3rd/4th Quarter 2026.Compulsory site meeting will be held onsite at Macquarie St Lansdowne N.S.W on 9th April 2026 at 10.30am.Tenderers shall submit a Vendor Panel query confirming their attendance to the mandatory site meeting (these queries will not be published to other tenderers).
