Summary and scope

Queensland Revenue Office is seeking tenders for the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform and associated services for a proposed three-year total contract term. This includes: Qualtrics Customer Experience (CX) Product Qualtrics Employee Experience (EX) Product Qualtrics Market Research Product Consultancy Services – specialist services to support the design, configuration, implementation, optimisation and ongoing improvement of QRO’s Qualtrics environment and associated programs of work.
