Design and Technical Advisory Services (DTAS)

Summary and scope

To ensure continuity of supply and to supplement Council’s Asset Management resources; the Principal is seeking to establish a panel of prequalified Asset Management Specialist Consultants (Contractors). Council is seeking an experienced and qualified consultant to undertake detailed designs for various civil work projects. An hourly rate for the provision of a designer and engineer (reviewer and RPEQ sign off) is required. Council will also consider hourly rates for designers only if the designer can be located in the office. It is also intended that any other sub-consultant services will be organised that are required for the design and these include but not limited to survey, geotechnical data and pot holing of services. The scope of works will be provided, and it is expected that the consultant will provide an anticipated hours along with associated sub-consultant service costs for Council’s consideration.
