This Request for Tender (RFT) aims to identify qualified service providers capable of delivering critical monitoring, compliance, and research support. 📋 Scope of Work & Deliverables Successful tenderers will be responsible for a range of operational tasks, including: Monitoring & Weighing: Attendance and monitoring of SBT transfer weighings. Operational Support: Maintaining necessary equipment and personnel to conduct field operations. Research & Data: Assisting with ongoing research, recording live and dead SBT, and maintaining accurate documentation and bookkeeping. Compliance & Reporting: Providing compliance assistance and delivering regular reporting. Engagement: Conducting port visits, delivering briefings, and fulfilling additional operational requirements. ⚖️ Key Requirements for Bidders Must be a legal entity in good financial standing (not insolvent or under administration).
