Shelving and Accessories Standardisation for AEDSP and Austin Health’s future needs

Summary and scope

Austin Health invites suppliers to submit responses to this Invitation to Supply (ITS) for the supply, delivery and installation of shelving, baskets, trolleys, and related accessories in accordance with the product specifications provided in the tender documentation.This procurement supports the Austin Emergency Department Stabilisation Project (AEDSP) and aims to establish an ongoing partnership with a supplier capable of delivering customised shelving solutions that meet hospital standards for both the AEDSP and the broader Austin Health organisation.All supplied items must provide durability, functionality, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Products must be of high quality and designed to meet the specific needs and spatial requirements of the hospital environment.Suppliers must demonstrate the ability to manage complex AEDSP staging and provide flexibility to meet project requirements.The initial contract term will be five (5) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions at Austin Health’s discretion.
