Summary and scope

The Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified organisation to perform Works involving the remediation of wharf structures which form part of Wharf 7 and the South Wharf. The objective of the activities Works is to restore the functional stability of the wharves by replacing severely compromised construction elements and repairing deteriorated construction elements where feasible. This SOR outlines the responsibilities of the parties to the Contract, with supporting reference documents, including tender drawings and commissioning specifications provided in Attachments A to F.
