Summary and scope
We have released a Request for Information (RFI) seeking responses on innovative technologies that could solve any of the following Challenge Statements: • Challenge Statement 1 – Operating in Denied, Degraded, Intermittent and Limited (DDIL) environments • Challenge Statement 2 – Protecting and ensuring resilient C2 capabilities • Challenge Statement 3 – Recovery of degraded C2 networks. These Challenge Statements reflect Defence’s strategic priorities, and respondents to this RFI who submit the most promising solutions will be invited to present at the Pitch Day event to be held at the Australian Defence Science, Technology and Research Summit 2026 (ADSTAR 2026) in Adelaide, 4–6 August 2026. Subject to the Conditions of RFI, ASCA will fund the travel and accommodation for successful respondents to present at the Pitch Day event.
