### 📋 Tender Overview The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) is seeking to establish the **ASQA Regulatory Panel (ARP)**, a multi-service, multi-pillar arrangement designed to support the national regulation of Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) sector. This panel will replace the existing Regulatory Operating Model Services (ROMS) Panel. ### 🎯 Scope of Work ASQA invites qualified entities to provide services across two primary pillars: * **Pillar 1:** Student Assessment Validations. * **Pillar 2:** Regulatory Assessments, including assessment, evidence review, monitoring activities, and accredited course evaluation services. Tenderers may apply for one or more pillars. Evaluations will be conducted independently for each nominated pillar based on value for money and specific evaluation criteria. ### 🏢 Requirements & Qualifications Applicants must be legal entities with the capacity to enter into a binding contract with the Commonwealth. Key requirements include: * Financial solvency and no history of unpaid employee entitlements. * Compliance with the *Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012*. * Maintenance of required insurance levels. * Provision of valid Statements of Tax Record (STR). * Disclosure of any conflicts of interest. ### 📍 Location & Submission This is a national procurement covering all Australian states and territories (ACT, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, QLD, NT, TAS).
