### 🎯 Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be responsible for creating a suite of management plans based on existing environmental data and stakeholder consultation. The required plans include:
* **PFAS Management Plan:** Covering substances such as PFOS, PFOA, and PFHxS.
* **TRH Management Plan:** Addressing Total Recoverable Hydrocarbons.
* **Asbestos Management Plan:** Focused on site-specific safety and mitigation.
