### 🌊 Great Barrier Reef Traditional Owner Led Water Quality Improvement Program The **Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW)** is seeking a lead contractor to implement the **Great Barrier Reef Traditional Owner Led Water Quality Improvement Program**. This initiative aims to enhance water quality across the Great Barrier Reef and its catchments through a governance model led by Traditional Owners. #### 🎯 Scope and Objectives This procurement focuses on **Phase One** of the program, which runs from May 2026 to 2030. The successful bidder will act as a central convenor, capacity builder, and quality controller.
