🏗️ Project Overview The Department of Defence (DSRG) has issued a notice for an upcoming procurement regarding the ESTS4000PH6 Facilities to Support the Hobart Class Destroyer Combat System Enhancement Capability Project. This project involves a significant capital build and infrastructure upgrade, with an estimated value between $60,000,000 and $80,000,000 AUD. 📋 Scope of Work The project requires a Head Contractor (Defence Head Contract HC-GMP) to deliver modified and expanded facilities, including: Randwick Barracks, NSW: Construction and refurbishment of training facilities, including a new two-story training wing, civil works, and landscaping. Defence Plaza Sydney: Modifications to existing office fit-outs to accommodate additional staffing. Operational Continuity: All existing training and office facilities must remain operational throughout the construction period. 📅 Procurement Process This is a two-staged selection process: Invitation to Register Interest (ITR): Expected release on approximately 29 June 2026.
