Barunga West Council invites tenders for the provision of Rubble Raising, Crushing and Stockpiling Services for the 2026/27 financial year.The successful tenderer will be engaged under a Minor Works Contract to undertake the raising, crushing and stockpiling of limestone rubble at Council-identified borrow pits within the Barunga West Council area. The works will involve an estimated total quantity of approximately 20,000 tonnes, across multiple sites, with potential for additional quantities as required.Services include, but are not limited to, site preparation, removal and management of overburden, crushing to specified grading requirements, stockpiling as directed by Council, and full rehabilitation of pit sites upon completion showing tidy, safe and environmentally responsible outcomes.Works are expected to commence from 1 July 2026, with project timing to be agreed between Council and the successful contractor. All works must be carried out in accordance with the specifications, safety requirements, and environmental obligations detailed in the Request for Tender documentation.Tenderers must demonstrate relevant experience, suitable plant and equipment, compliance with WHS and environmental requirements, and the capacity to deliver a consistent, high-quality product.
