### 🏗️ Project Overview Barwon Water is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for professional engineering services to undertake master planning and reference design for the **North Western Recycled Water Centre and Pipeline** in Geelong, Victoria. This critical infrastructure project is designed to support the growth of approximately 40,000 homes and enhance climate resilience for the region. The total project value is estimated to exceed $0.5 billion. ### 📋 Scope of Work The successful lead consultant will focus on: * **Master Planning & Reference Design:** Developing the foundational plans for a new recycled water treatment facility and associated pipeline infrastructure. * **Technical Requirements:** Experience in sewage and Class A recycled water treatment (approx. 20 ML/day capacity), high-capacity pump stations, and large-diameter pipelines (approx. 0.5m) over long distances (e.g., 40km+). ### 🤝 Submission Requirements * **Lead Consultant Model:** Submissions are sought from a single legal entity.
