### 🏢 Project Overview
Campbelltown City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the **ARC Campbelltown Sustainable Energy Transformation** project. This initiative aims to modernize the facility's energy infrastructure through a comprehensive upgrade.
### 🛠 Scope of Work
The successful Lead Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the following key components:
* **Heat Pump Integration:** Installation of a 360kW high-efficiency heat pump system integrated with existing gas hot water and Building Management Systems (BMS).
* **Solar Infrastructure:** Construction of a 600kWDC/500kWAC solar-shaded car park.
* **Energy Storage:** Implementation of a 600kW/1MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
### 📋 Requirements & Qualifications
* **Lead Consultant Role:** Applicants must demonstrate capability to act as a single point of accountability for design, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
* **Consortiums:** Single entities or consortiums are welcome, provided they possess all necessary technical and project management capabilities.
* **Mandatory Site Briefing:** Attendance at the site briefing on **7 May 2026 at 9:30 am** at ARC Campbelltown (531 Lower North East Rd) is a mandatory pre-requisite for bid submission.
