### 🏢 Project Overview
Campbelltown City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the **ARC Campbelltown Sustainable Energy Transformation** project. This initiative aims to significantly upgrade the facility's energy infrastructure through a comprehensive, end-to-end delivery model.
### 🛠 Scope of Work
The successful Lead Consultant will be responsible for the design, procurement, and construction of three core energy systems:
* **Heat Pump Integration:** Installation of a 360kW high-energy heat pump system connected to the existing gas hot water and Building Management System (BMS).
* **Solar Infrastructure:** Construction of a 600kWDC/500kWAC solar shaded car park.
* **Energy Storage:** Implementation of a 600kW/1MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
### 📋 Requirements & Qualifications
* **Lead Consultant Role:** Applicants must act as the single point of accountability, managing all phases from concept to operational handover.
* **Capabilities:** Must demonstrate expertise in design, engineering, supply, installation, construction, and commissioning.
* **Mandatory Site Briefing:** Attendance at the site briefing on **7 May 2026 at 9:30 am** at The ARC Campbelltown is a strict pre-requisite for bid submission.
