The Western Australian Government, Department of Housing and Works (DHW) is responsible for managing the Emergency Shelter under an agreement on behalf of The Commonwealth. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) (The Principal) has been contracted to provide comprehensive property management services on behalf of The Department of Housing and Works (The Client).
