The Cocos (Keeling) Islands (CKI) are located approximately 2,750 kilometres northwest of Perth, Western Australia, in the middle of the Indian Ocean. The islands experience a tropical cyclone season primarily from November to March. Jones Lang LaSalle (WA) Pty Ltd (JLL) has been contracted to provide property management services on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) for the Light Industrial Area (LIA) on West Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands. As part of our delivery service, JLL is responsible for overseeing projects to ensure efficient and safe facility operations
