### ⚡ Project Overview The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts is seeking a fixed-price proposal for the **High Voltage (HV) Cable and Substation Renewal** project on West Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
